Your One-on-One session will be 1 HOUR hosted via ZOOM (go to download site, it’s free.).

Please use the drop down menu on our payment link to choose what type of training you are interested in, and the appropriate Coach will contact you with available time options, or you can simple reach out in our Private Facebook Group and chat to them there.
